Our culture

EiB fosters an environment of collaboration and integration through our diverse teams. We encourage positive disruption by consistently challenging the way we work, in the same way we constructively challenge our clients to create winning solutions. This environment promotes an atmosphere of innovation and creativity, inspiring our teams to think outside the box and identify unique solutions.

Our culture is one of openness and transparency, in which ideas can be shared freely. By embracing these values, we strive to create an organisation that is truly collaborative, integrated and diverse.

Investing in our people to cultivate their skills

At EiB, we believe that investing in our people is key to creating a successful business. We foster an environment where our team members can grow and develop their skills through on-the-job training, mentoring programs and professional qualifications. All of our staff are supported to be APMP qualified, at both Foundation and Practitioner level. Further qualifications are identified and tailored to suit personal development needs, including but not limited to the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Our commitment to people development is reflected in our high retention rate. We have exceeded our commitment to The 5% Club, with 10% of our workforce supported by our graduate programme, driving earn-and-learn skills training opportunities.

We are committed to providing our employees with the support and development they need to grow and thrive, whilst providing our managers with the tools and resources they need to lead their teams effectively.
