In 2024, our training and development programme gained the Chartered Management Consultant Award from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), reflecting our commitment to recruiting, developing and retaining talent. We support all staff to reach Chartered Management Consultant status, alongside additional professional development and training such as the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) at both Foundation and Practitioner level. Further qualifications are identified and tailored to suit personal development needs, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

For four years running, we have had finalists in the APMP Best Newcomer category and two winners: Courtney Hynes (2020) and Imogen Allen (2021). In 2024, Keith Devlin won the Writing Excellence Award and in 2025, the Bid Excellence Award.
