EiB is proud to announce 20 of its bid consultants have achieved Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) accreditations over the past year
As part of our Chartered Management Consultant Award (ChMC) accredited learning and development programme, we are committed to continuing to strengthen our approach and develop talent at all levels of the business. Following APMP training from Shipley in 2024, 20 individuals have sat and passed their APMP exams, which reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and investment in our people and the profession.
Achieving APMP Foundation and Practitioner
Ahead of completing their two year training programme, Poppy, Charles and Annie have successfully passed the APMP Foundation exam. This demonstrates their accelerated learning and development since entering the industry from university.
Annie said: “APMP has equipped me with a tried and tested toolkit to follow on bids, reinforcing what I have learned from experience while sharpening my approach to planning, strategy and drafting. I am really pleased to have passed the exam and look forward to continually improving my learning in years to come.”
Sixteen senior and strategic bid consultants have achieved their APMP Practitioner certification. This milestone in their professional development demonstrates continual learning and improvement, with our focus on equipping the team with the competencies and behaviours to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. The knowledge gained through APMP training will enable our consultants to bring an even greater level of insight, efficiency and innovation to every project.
