This accolade is a testament to their exemplary management consulting skills and dedication to continuous professional development

In a significant professional milestone, Scott Brown and Soffia Marlin have been awarded Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) status by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), following their assessments in January.

ChMC is the highest status you can achieve in the management consulting profession. It sets out a professional standard of career excellence for management consultants to aspire towards and that clients can benchmark against.

Achieving ChMC accreditation

Last July, we achieved ChMC accreditation from CMI for our learning and development (L&D) programme. Our bespoke L&D programme was assessed against CMI’s 54 ChMC competencies. Since then, we have continued our partnership with CMI to support our team’s professional journey to achieve ChMC status and embrace continuous professional development. Our ChMC accreditation reflects the breadth of support we offer as a consultancy to our clients, including strategic challenge, solution architecture, bid management, bid writing and collaborative skills development.

Our commitment to supporting continuous professional development

Our mission is to “invest in our people to develop talented multi-skilled teams, with the competencies and behaviours to achieve exceptional client outcomes”. Scott and Soffia stand as role models to ensure all staff become Associate and Chartered Consultants as soon as possible. This underscores our dedication and commitment to nurturing the growth and development of our employees through our ChMC accredited training programme. With an exciting 2025 ahead, we now have 23 members of the team registered for Associate or Chartered assessment.
