EiB has delivered exceptional consultancy services in the work winning environment for over 30 years
This includes support in bid writing and management, competitive dialogue and negotiation, behavioural assessment, solution architecture and strategy development. We deliver an 80%+ win rate for our clients and have secured over £60 billion in revenue for our clients in the last ten years.
To consolidate our position as the UK’s largest fully employed work winning consultancy, we are delighted to announce our training and development programme has gained the Chartered Management Consultant award (ChMC) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). It confirms our programme effectively covers all 54 competencies within the award’s competency framework at the Chartered level, covering values, ethics and behaviours; leadership and management; operating in client environments; and personal and professional development.

Our mission is to “invest in our people to develop talented multi-skilled teams, with the competencies and behaviours to achieve exceptional client outcomes”
Our ChMC-accredited training programme will enable us to deliver this through clear, structured development paths aligned to the competency framework. This will support individuals in achieving Associate status after three years and Chartered status after five years. They will apply their learning and skills to continue achieving our vision of challenging strategic work winning norms to transform the success of our clients.
This achievement will ensure we continue to offer enhanced, market-leading services, intelligently allocate resources to our clients and deliver better value for money. It is testament to our commitment to recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional talent and our position of fully employing consultants who deliver and continually improve the EiB Way. It will support our team members to continue building effective, long-term partnerships.
Opportunities to develop our team of talented consultants
Our accreditation reinforces our decision to update job titles within EiB to better reflect the current breadth of support we offer as a consultancy to our clients, aligned with the EiB Way. This will create more opportunities to develop our team of talented consultants further and support our future growth plans.
Over the next few months, our team of professional heads will support the team in developing the skills and competencies to reach Associate and Chartership status and sponsor individuals during the accreditation process. We are also refreshing our EiB values to embed the competency framework in our day-to-day operations.
