Overview of our Scottish operations
We have a dedicated, growing team in Scotland with a clear understanding of the Scottish market, devolved government, and regulatory environment. Our insights into local and national procurement enables us to support clients who are based in and/or working north of the border. Our dedicated work winning team is spread across Scotland, from Bathgate and Aberdeen to the Outer Hebrides. In recent years, we have extended our graduate programme with intakes from two Scottish universities and exceeded our commitment to the 5% Club.
With our multi-purpose office in central Edinburgh, we are closer to our clients and offer a base for in-person collaboration. We are able to adapt the bid process to our client’s requirements, often collocating on sites across Scotland. Our hybrid working model develops a high-quality bid and increased win rates. We have worked on iconic projects in Scotland, such as Transport Scotland’s trunk road network, Edinburgh Trams, the Forth Bridge and the Kincardine Bridge, helping our clients to win work.
