Bio:

Caitlin has valuable skills across a breadth of sectors including highways, rail, health and utilities, with experience in supporting competitive dialogue for technical local authority highways contracts. With a client-focused approach, Caitlin provides continual review and challenge to add value to our clients.

Caitlin is experienced in managing teams as a Bid Manager and our Professional Development Director, applying learning from her Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership to build strong relationships. Currently working towards her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR and People Management, she continues to implement our strategy to develop talented, motivated staff.

Experience and successes

In 2020, Caitlin was a finalist in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Awards Best Newcomer category. Projects she has worked on include the £240 million Severn Bridges inspection and maintenance contract, Buckinghamshire Council’s highways term maintenance contract and National Highways’ scheme delivery framework.
