Charles has delivered end-to-end technical quality responses for clients of all sizes across a range of sectors. Recent relevant experience includes developing professional services submissions for two work packages on the 100km Peak Cluster carbon capture pipeline, local authority term maintenance responses for West Sussex Highways and case study development for Network Rail’s NW&C Environmental Resources Framework.
