Chris leads our major projects, developing winning solutions with our clients, aligning each business with the client’s needs and developing innovative, affordable and value-adding delivery models. He has experience of the client-side environment and the range of procurement routes that has ensured consistently high tender success rates, particularly in collaborative-based procurement.
Chris is an excellent communicator and works closely with clients to develop workable and value-adding delivery models that are innovative and affordable.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in helping clients to procure large complex infrastructure projects and in supporting the supply chain to bid for and secure them. Projects he has worked on include the HS2 Design Delivery Partner contract, the National Highways Delivery Integration Partnership and the Network Rail CP6 Design Services Framework.
