Courtney holds expertise in research for relevant market sectors, using these skills for the development of strategic planning.

Experience and successes

In 2020, Courtney was awarded the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Best Newcomer Award, recognising her achievements for her first 12 months in bidding. Projects she has worked on include A465 Heads of the Valleys sections 5 and 6, National Highways’ Areas 9 and 12 contracts, the Coire Glas hydro pumped storage scheme and the North Lincolnshire vaccination and immunisation programme.
