Courtney is a positive and client-focused bid manager with experience in writing and leading quality tender submissions in various sectors, including highways, health and renewables. She has supported tenders from start to finish as a bid manager, leading teams to produce compelling content while working to tight deadlines. Courtney holds expertise in research for relevant market sectors, using these skills for the development of strategic planning.

She is determined and efficient, ensuring she builds relationships with clients to submit winning proposals. Courtney holds a practitioner qualification in Facet5, using this knowledge to establish effective and balanced teams.

Experience and successes

In 2020, Courtney was awarded the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Best Newcomer Award, recognising her achievements for her first 12 months in bidding. Projects she has worked on include A465 Heads of the Valleys sections 5 and 6, National Highways’ Areas 9 and 12 contracts, the Coire Glas hydro pumped storage scheme and the North Lincolnshire vaccination and immunisation programme.
