As a key member of our bid writing team, Ella lends her exceptional communication and time-management skills to writing, reviewing and providing a ‘one voice’ edit to responses. She works with the marketing and communications team to produce research papers that share industry insights, informing our strategic work winning support and expert sector knowledge.
Ella’s confident and personable approach enables her to build positive, trusting relationships with clients, and she has supported our business development team at networking events, including the Greater Birmingham Business Expo.
Projects Ella has worked on include Network Rail’s CP7 framework, a multibillion-pound Ministry of Defence contract, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure installation contract and the A38 Saltash Tunnel control system.
