James has a background in business and strategy development, procurement and community engagement. He has worked on some of the largest local government maintenance and infrastructure projects in recent years and extensively across the public and private sectors over the last 30 years. James is a highly motivated professional with excellent leadership qualities, has a flair for business development and is a great communicator with adept people skills.
He is a very personable, hands-on member of our team, bringing objectivity, knowledge, challenge and enthusiasm to all his client projects, building strong relationships and regularly exceeding expectations in both the quality and the added value of his support.
As business development director, James strengthens relationships with existing clients and secures new clients for EiB. This fosters a fruitful pipeline of work in the highways, rail, health, renewables, facilities management and defence sectors.
