Bio:

Jess is a client-focused bid director with 15 years’ experience in strategic work winning, including writing, managing, coaching and directing. She works across infrastructure, utility and health sectors. As an Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Practitioner, Jess is committed to building collaborative, driven teams – her proactive analytic nature focuses teams and bids efficiently and seamlessly. Her overriding qualities are in being adaptive, productive and innovative.

Jess also has operational experience as a service manager and skills in people and change management, service design and improvement, leading strategy and business planning, audits and quality management and transformation and redesign of services.
