Bio:

Keith is skilled in writing proposals and copy, with a proven track record of achieving high-quality scores over a range of tender areas. He has worked as part of a large bid team with Tier 1 contractors on major projects but also has experience as a reviewer, consultant and lead author for small and medium-sized enterprises, where he has taken responsibility for developing tenders from the earliest stages through to submission.

Since moving his focus to proposal writing in the construction sector in 2016, Keith has developed his sector knowledge by providing writing, editing and reviewing services for a number of major contractors.

Experience and successes

Keith has an expansive list of sector experience and is capable of adapting to the requirements of all bid types. Projects he has worked on include the HS2 Birmingham Interchange station, Surrey County Council’s highways term maintenance contract and Network Rail’s CP6 contracts.
