Experience and successes

Marion has experience in bidding for both the public and private sectors, especially in rail, highways, construction, facilities management, and IT. She recently worked on Network Rail CP7, Midlands Highways Alliance +, and Gatwick Airport Pier 6 Western extension bids.

Marion also led a team of eight to redevelop her company’s bidding best practices handbook. Playing a key part in this initiative, she delivered the project on time and to a high standard for major stakeholders.
