Bio:

Rhys is a senior bid writer, with a background in engineering project management and consultancy, giving him extensive knowledge of infrastructure construction, civil engineering, utilities and rail sectors. He has proven experience in developing innovative solutions for clients in the private and public sectors, helping them to secure multimillion-pound contracts.

Rhys also investigates new procurement opportunities for EiB and our clients as part of business development. His experience as a senior manager and business leader enables him to break down complex problems, ensure clear communication and build strong relationships with our clients.
