Bio:

Sarah is a skilled bid manager and Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience and has managed winning bids across rail, highways, defence, education and residential sectors. She has previously led winning tender submissions in-house as a proposal manager for a Tier 1 contractor and as bid manager for a global professional services company.

Sarah has taken responsibility for managing the full life cycle of opportunities from strategy through to submission, building strong client-focused bid teams. She also leads our quality management process, ensuring our clients receive a high-quality, comprehensive and consistent bid management and writing approach from EiB.

Sarah has worked with major clients across all infrastructure sectors, building relationships and securing new business by developing high-quality, persuasive tender propositions. She has worked on projects such as the A19 New Tees Crossing, HS2 Phase 2a, Network Rail’s CP7 Southern Integration Delivery portfolio and Northumbrian Water’s AMP7 framework.
