Scott is one of EiB’s founding directors and has over 30 years’ experience supporting clients in growing their organisations and transforming their performance.

He works with clients across Europe and the UK, helping to ensure their projects lead to demonstrable improvements in performance and the delivery of tangible benefits. Scott is skilled in helping organisations forge collaborative relationships, partnerships and alliances within the public and private sectors, providing his expertise to support client’s to win work.

Experience and successes

Scott has led significant major projects, including bidding into central government departments, local authorities and the highways, rail, health and renewables sectors. These projects include the Transport Scotland Scottish trunk road network, National Highways Area 9, 10 and 12 contracts, £240 million Avonmouth and Severn Bridges contract and Thames Water Collaboration review of its infrastructure alliance.
