Bio:

Stacey joined the bid writing team in Scotland in 2022, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience in communications, stakeholder management and marketing. She spent nine years with Network Rail Scotland, leading on major infrastructure projects in the north and north-east of Scotland, before moving to the Outer Hebrides and pursuing an international consultancy career working alongside innovative businesses in construction, town planning, tourism and charity sectors.

Previous experience in financial services and transportation provides Stacey with diverse expertise as a writer, strategist, stakeholder and communications professional. Stacey is also our Graduate Mentor – empowering, supporting and guiding the next generation of work winning professionals.

Experience and successes

Stacey gained her Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Foundation award after only six months in the industry. She has brought her stakeholder management skills into the work winning field, ensuring a clear focus on client objectives, aims and deliverables throughout the bid management process.

Recent projects Stacey has worked on include a local authority contract for a Tier 1 client, a new international roll on/roll off terminal at Immingham, station improvements for Northern Rail, the M5 Junction 10 upgrade and Somerset Council’s surface dressing contract.
