Stuart’s extensive experience in developing responses for projects includes work as a lead writer for M27 Junction 8 project, and Scottish Water AMP7 ITN1 and ITN2, planning, storyboarding and writing responses across 3 lots. He has also written responses for South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA), A417 Missing Link to Air Balloon and several HS2 projects including HS2 Early Commissioning Works 2 ITT and route-wide railway systems package of works.
